The environment and conservation sector is one of the least diverse in the UK and many organisations in the sector have been criticised for a lack of diversity. One of the actions 2050 Climate Group has taken is signing up to the RACE Report which seeks to speed up the diversification of the environmental sector and to accelerate climate justice by driving transparency within organisations.
